1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Local Sigma website at localsigma.xyz, including our contact form, public booking pages, and the invite-only internal platform. By accessing or using any of these, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the website.

These Terms are entered into with Local Sigma and its operators.

2. Description of Service

Local Sigma provides AI consulting and pilot-development services. Through the website we:

  • describe our services and how we work
  • receive inquiries through a contact form
  • allow visitors to book meetings with Local Sigma team members through booking pages
  • host an invite-only internal platform used by our team and selected collaborators to manage bookings, availability, and account settings

Any separately delivered engagement, proposal, statement of work, or paid service is subject to its own agreement in addition to these Terms.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use the website and submit information through it.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • use the website in violation of any applicable law
  • interfere with the website's operation, security, or availability
  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, its infrastructure, or related systems
  • submit false, misleading, or impersonated information (including in contact forms and booking requests)
  • use automated means to scrape, copy, monitor, or extract website content or data except where permitted by law
  • upload or submit harmful, unlawful, defamatory, or malicious material
  • book meetings you have no genuine intention of attending, or use the booking system to harass a host

5. Booking Pages

When you book a meeting through a Local Sigma booking page:

  • The name, email, message, and any other details you submit will be shared with the host to arrange the meeting.
  • We create a standalone calendar event and email you a confirmation with a management link. Rescheduling or cancelling must be done through that link so both parties stay in sync.
  • We do not send calendar invitations that add you as an attendee on the host's calendar; the calendar file we provide is a standalone event you can add to your own calendar.
  • Meetings may be cancelled or rescheduled by the host for operational reasons; we will notify you by email in that case.

6. Invited Platform Accounts

Access to the internal platform is invite-only. If you are invited:

  • Your account is personal to you. Do not share credentials.
  • You are responsible for activity performed with your account and for keeping your password secure.
  • We may suspend or revoke access at any time for security, operational, or business reasons.
  • Content you configure on your profile (display name, bio, avatar, meeting types) may be visible on your public booking page if you enable it.

7. Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, text, design, graphics, software, and underlying materials are owned by or licensed to Local Sigma and its operators unless stated otherwise.

We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the website for its intended informational and booking purpose. This does not transfer any ownership rights to you.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The website is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the booking system will always be available or free of errors.

Information on the website describes our services generally and does not constitute legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Local Sigma and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, business, goodwill, opportunity, or data arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the website or the booking system.

Our total aggregate liability arising out of or related to the website or these Terms will not exceed EUR 100. Liability for paid engagements is governed by the separate agreement covering that engagement.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, or gross negligence where such limitation is not permitted.

10. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Local Sigma and its operators from claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising out of your misuse of the website, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of applicable law or third-party rights.

11. Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the website or platform immediately if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, created risk for the website or its users, or where suspension is otherwise necessary for operational, legal, or security reasons. We may also discontinue any part of the website with reasonable notice.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Because Local Sigma is still finalising its contracting entity, these Terms do not yet identify a specific governing law or dispute forum for broader commercial use. Any separately signed engagement agreement takes precedence for that engagement.

If you are a consumer and mandatory law gives you the benefit of protections in your country of residence, those protections continue to apply where required.

13. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from these Terms or the website should first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith communication with us at stefan@localsigma.xyz.

14. Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through a prominent notice on the website before taking effect. Continued use of the website after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
